My friend has had Bipolar disease for a few years he
under goes serious mood swings depression that lasts
for days even weeks, and then has random happy hyped
up moments that last for a couple of days or hours
until something makes him sad again, recently he has
tried to commit suicide and drugs claiming that his
meds don't do anything so now his not taking them
and alcohol abuse leading to serious medical
problems he goes and sees a psychiatrist and goes to
a suicidal group once in a while but Bipolar disease doesn't seem
to be doing anything.
He will fight with his friends and blame things on
them even and then go and post things on websites,
blogs and just open up and talk to random people
that don't even care or know him which makes me
upset because he has people that care but just
doesn't realize it.
All of his friends are always trying to cheer him up
but in the end what will cheering up do, all I want
for my friend is to live a normal happy life I'm
running out of things I'm worried he's going to try
to commit suicide again i also heard that bi polar
can turn into schizophrenia is that true?
So if anyone can please help that would be really
appreciated or just to here people going through the
same situation.Variety of symptoms
